Still deciding, and want to know whether Canvas fits your project, your host or your plugin stack? Ask in the support forum before you buy.
This website is a set of static pages, so it carries no contact form. Anything that needs a reply belongs in the support forum, where the thread stays with your account.
Five details that get you an answer sooner
A support thread that starts with these rarely needs a second round of questions.
Include this in your first message
- Your WordPress version and your PHP version, both shown under Tools then Site Health then Info.
- Your Canvas theme version and your Canvas Core plugin version.
- A link to the page where you see the problem, so it can be looked at directly.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Whether the problem appears on the front end, in the block editor or in the WordPress admin.
If the problem is visual, a screenshot of the page and of the block settings panel usually removes a whole exchange.
